QA/QC Civil inspector

▪ ITP build up, raising RFIs and closing ITRs. ▪ Follow up with the team for closing QOs as well as NCRs. ▪ Materials receiving on-site as per their datasheet. ▪ Record inspections, tests, and work executed. ▪ Preparing daily logs and reports. ▪ Keep in touch with the construction team to prevent any conflicts. ▪ Ensuring that all project civil/structural engineering aspects are carried out as per the inspection plan, drawings, codes, and specifications. ▪ Confirming quality requirements, civil/structural finishes and building components by conducting thorough site inspections for all civil/structural works as per approved shop drawings, specifications and method statements. ▪ Keeping in touch with the client to ensure the work is done at the highest level. ▪ Review all relevant documentation and test reports from the parties involved (laboratory and surveyor).

▪ Staff management. ▪ Preparing schedules and timelines. ▪ Undertaking technical and feasibility studies, including site investigations. ▪ Liaising with the investor and a variety of professionals and subcontractors. ▪ Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time. ▪ Adopting all relevant requirements around issues such as building permits, sanitary design, and safety on all work assignments. ▪ Following construction and government standards. ▪ Ensure equipment and manpower resources are being used efficiently.

▪ Infrastructure land surveyor (sewer pipelines, roads) ▪ Reporting the progress to the project manager. ▪ Keeping in touch with the resident engineer department. ▪ Notify relevant municipality departments about the conflicts. ▪ Coordinate with the technicians. ▪ Site HSE compliance. ▪ Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labour.
